Great service. Eric was a great server. The food was served hot and very appealing in appearance. Food was delivered quickly. Server was attentive to us throughout.

Had $400 worth of groceries in my cart only to find out that I would have to check myself out! They no longer have cashiers there - only self checkout. We saw numerous elderly customers who didn't know how to do this and it was really sad. Walmart will unfortunately be a thing if the past soon. Prices are better than some places, but I'd rather pay more to have the service and convenience of someone ringing up my stuff. I will only go back there if I need something specific. No more big hauls for me.

Walmart sucks!!! You call the number for curbside and no one picks up. The app sucks. When you do tell them you are here you wait 30 minutes

I called to place an order with the bakery for a customized cake. I was happy to receive a text regarding the status of my order. It was ready when promised and was exactly what I requested. The bakery manager was Shay and she is the best!

this location makes me sick to my stomach. i've had decent pick up experienced but i've had more negative pick up orders experiences than good. this last one was the final straw. i will no longer shop here. my last order was supposed to be delivered sunday. it is wednesday and i still don't have my food. i took a screenshot of my "delayed" status on yday (tuesday). around 9:00pm today (wednesday) i get a text saying my food was delivered on sunday.. how does that work? idk if they're doing fraudulent things or what, but don't say you delivered to a customer if you truly did not. oh and ofc they don't answer their phone so it's no one to help you unless you go up there acting crazy

I purchased four Pirelli Scorpion All Season tires for my 2020 Ram 1500. I was going to Atlanta for the holidays so I had them schedule the service when I arrived. I made it to my appointment but they put the wrong tires on. They put on Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain. I didn't notice it until the next day. I knew that the ride had severe vibrations and then I checked and saw the difference. I called up to the Walmart where the service was rendered and explained the situation and was told that there was nothing that they could do as the tires were shipped to their store and that is what they put on. They directed me to call customer service. I called customer service and in short, they stated that an internal investigation had already began and that I should call again on Monday. When I called on Monday (today), customer service said that it was being investigated and to give it a couple of days. Then they tried to tell me to call some warehouse where the tires come from and see what they could do. I thought this to be sour advice and not an amicable procedure to follow. I asked for Walmart's corporate number and the number they provided was to customer service again. I am not understanding why Walmart cannot order me some new tires, like I paid for, allow me to set up an appointment to get them installed and carry on. Internal investigations have nothing to do with me. It was a mistake on Walmarts part and I should not be penalized like I am and have been. I am hopeful that I will hear back from them tomorrow with a resolve. I must say though, that the Walmart associates that I have been speaking with, have been the utmost professionals in conduct and speech, however my problem still exists.

DOG SALES There is a man outside that sells "teacup yorkies" or "teacup poodles" IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Painted dogs, not teacup, not actually 8weeks old, and scam pedigree papers. Cops have been called before but he continues.

After giving up on the awful N. Henry Walmart, I thought I would give this one a try. That was a MISTAKE! They didn't have half of what I needed. Then the real fun came. Not a single open and staffed checkout lane was available. That's right, you're forced to now use one of their "new" self checkout lanes with a buggy full of groceries. Yep, unload, scan and bag everything yourself! Sorry, given how much they're charging for stuff these days already, there had darn well better be an actual person there to do this. I will NEVER go back to this location. And unless you want to scan bag an entire buggy full of groceries by yourself, I don't recommend you go either. I already despise any Walmart. This one made that feeling ten times worse!

I would give it no stars if possible. A third coupon DID NOT scan and the associate was not allowed to manually enter the coupon amount. After "checking" with a supervisor, she actually told me the coupon was invalid. IT WAS NOT INVALID, IT WAS NOT EXPIRED AND THE CORRECT ITEM WAS BEING PURCHASED. I call it being lazy. Why can't someone explain why Walmart cannot manually enter a coupon. I used one of the coupons at a competitor store and the cashier willingly manually entered the coupon amount. SO FOR THE THIRD TIME, I WOULD LIKE AN ANSWER WHY A VALID COUPON WITH THE CORRECT ITEM DOES NOT SCAN AND WHY IT CANNOT BE MANUALLY ENTERED BY AN ASSOCIATE. Other stores manually enter the coupon amount provided the coupon is not expired and the correct item is purchased. I emailed corporate 3 times, and the first two times I get a generic answer about coupon policy. Disgusting customer service.

They were messy and Walmart didn't have anything I needed. I also went looking for Halloween candy on sale and it wasn't on sale. I had to go to a different Walmart to find what I need. When I went there for some cloth it took 15-25 mins for them to locate somebody and THEN she was rude as hell!!

I have never had such unprofessional behavior in my life. I went to the Walmart on 1400 Hudson Bridge Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281 and was rudely treated by one of the cashiers there. Not only did she have the audacity to call me pregnant when I was not, but when I getting WIC for my baby. She refused to assist saying the items were not qualified. Funny thing is I went to another Walmart and had no issues. I know Walmart is not known for good customer service but come on..... to openly and loudly discriminate against someone in front of others is absolutely shameful. I tried to address this through multiple calls with the store management. No luck, I was either on hold for 15 minutes at a time or the phone kept ringing and then eventually being disconnected.

This Walmart has gone way down and it is so ridiculous. I don't even like shopping in here anymore even for immediate use. I try to use a grocery service where you can have your items delivered and the first time they were having issues and said it was a companywide thing and my groceries are on hold until the system came back up. This time I placed an order and have it delivered and no one updated me or cancel the order or anything and 24 hours passed since the time he was supposed to be delivered and no one had contacted me. These people are so unprofessional in general and it is very disturbing.

I'm not sure I will ever go in this Walmart again! I am 66 and have health problems. It was 1030 in the morning so they should have not been packed in every line. But every line was packed! I finally had to go to the self-serve and do all of my groceries and items myself. I had to keep putting the bags on the floor next to me. There was a Walmart person standing right next to me and she never offered 1 ounce of help. By this time my asthma was acting up pretty severely. I made it to the car and sat in the back trying to put my items into the car. A Walmart person came by me and just walked on... No compassion at all from any of them! I cannot believe that this Walmart only has a couple of lines open at a time! And I've done a lot of shopping at this store but I'm not sure I ever will again...
