They are patient and an all-around great asset for the team. However, some aspects receive criticism. The trade-in program is not favored, with a sense that the store can be greedy, seeking large profit on used equipment sold as refurbished. There are also staffing concerns, with instances of only one employee leading to temporary closures, which is viewed as unsafe. Overall, it is considered a great place to visit regularly for game needs, especially due to the knowledgeable and friendly interactions.

Best customer service I have ever had any where. Tj was amazing. He was very patient even with my kids picking up anything and everything, we told him we were sorry and he told us he would put everything back for us. He helped with every question. Very knowledgeable and all around great asset for the team.
