Goodwill you need better policies when it comes to appliances, bought a lamp. The other day went home, washed it plugged it up to find out that it did not work returned it a day later they told me that they were not able to give me a store refund or my money back, then proceeded to tell me that a shirt that I bought that was on my receipt was not on my receipt and did not give me my money back Goodwill now owes me $20 but honestly, I do not want it. You will no longer be getting my services. I will go and buy full price just to eliminate the trouble of buying things that do not work or something I no longer need/ want and a manager telling me that what I bought is not on my receipt. Without really looking into manner, if your customers are not important just put that in small print somewhere so we all know. Thank you goodwill for your service over the years you’ve lost a loyal customer :)

They still overpriced a lot of items. My opinion at least. Also they haven't stopped listing Dollar tree items which is more than what they cost when you buy them at the store now. And why the heck do you sell calendars that are like 5 years old lol

Store was well kept and stocked fully. Lots of variety mens, womens, boys, girls, toddlers and infants clothing. Furniture, appliances and cooking utensils also. Houseware and furniture also. Come check it out for yourself you may see something useful that I didn't notice. Pricing reasonable too.
