This has got to be one of the worst banks ever since changing from heritage. They have changed all the rules and regulations and made it even harder to put a deposit in. They go through your stuff like a fine tooth. Comb, ask you for signatures on your own personal checks. It's absolutely horrifying. I've just spent 20 minutes at the window. Trying to make a simple deposit into my account. It is totally unruly. This is not the first time. I would think twice about opening an account at this bank

ZERO access to my account since the switchover. Main number (ONLY number) referenced on all documentation and online does NOT work. Constant busy signal for all of yesterday and all today so far. 20+ calls throughout the entire day to no avail. No online help. No answer at old number. Just endless voice prompts and hold music. I tried to be proactive ahead of time and was assured online banking would not be affected. I have NO ACCESS to my accounts online. I have NO ACCESS to online bill pay. HORRIBLE attention to detail and zero assistance available to existing customers. Looks like I am far from the only one experiencing these issues from the flurry of recent reviews. Will be closing my account if not remedied immediately.

Hardly any fees except for atm transactions which I don’t use often. Free checking acct. and a free gift when you open an acct. with them. Everything does seem old fashioned with them such as waiting for bank card to be mailed. Some things I can’t do with this bank that I can do with others such as transfer money. They also don’t have customer service after hours which is bad if something is wrong with your acct. or card. You can turn the card off in the app though. And I wouldn’t recommend using their overdraft because they charge you based on when the last few transactions post not based on the actual last transaction so you may pay a $36 fee EACH for 3 charges instead of the fee for the one charge that put you in overdraft. And from experience, they will not accommodate you a refund for the 1st time although I never signed to be put on overdraft, yet I had to miss work to come in and sign a paper to be taken off. They hardly do anything electronically. Also, you are referred to the merchant to dispute a charge so if any of your money goes missing, I wouldn’t count on them to replace it although they are supposed to be fdic insured. Maybe it’s just this branch. The other branches are nicer but if you ever have an issue, you will always be referred back to the branch you opened up with although they have multiple locations.

GREAT BANK! Barely any fees and really nice people!! I had a inquiry with my balance when I rented a vehicle and thought my funds were not released back into acct. I was really upset and couldn’t figure out what happened and why. Well Maria helped get to the bottom of it and explained everything with receipts. I feel better knowing I wasn’t missing any money from my acct.!!
