Spoke to someone here and she was really helpful. However.. I explained to her that I really needed a loan to take care of a bill that I had and she told me that they don’t check credit and that they “don’t care” about it. But when I get there she checks my credit and fails to tell me that me being under a bankruptcy last year, I wouldn’t be approved. That’s why they’re getting one star. Let folks know every detail before you have them drive to your location and get their hopes up.

I really appreciate the fact that Kathy works here because I was going through a tough time in my life and needed these services and Kathy made it easy for me. Kathy is easy to communicate with, very professional and treats you with the upmost respect. I really hope that one day Kathy is evaluated to be a manger in the near future.
