“Best experience ever from beginning to end. A large item purchase was taken to the register, the same friendly staff member checked me out, and secured a same day delivery received in less than two hours! I was sent home with a smile and grateful heart.
The delivery service used/ driver was pleasant and professional. I feel like I won a lottery, during a holiday weekend, when usually people don't have the time to offer this stellar customer service!”
“We purchased through Lowe's and Granco is the company who did the measurements/install. We had a little hiccup with one of the cuts on a smaller countertop portion (we have 5 pieces total) that was just a little short on the measurements. They offered to recut the piece that wasn't quite right, and they came out to install the new one a few days later. The new piece fit perfectly, and my countertops are complete. This has been the smoothest part of our kitchen reno. Everyone here has been so helpful/professional and I am so excited to have my kitchen back after being damaged from Hurricane Helene.”
“My husband and I are renovating our bathroom and so we needed tile for the walls of our shower, bathroom floor, and pebble stones for our shower floor. We were struggling with what decisions to make and luckily, we met Michael Chelsey. He helped us from start to finish, listened to exactly what we wanted and guided us in the right direction. He even gave us a very amazing discount! He was very professional but also just seemed to be a down to earth person. He seemed very passionate about his work and that makes all the difference in the world. I’d most definitely recommend this store and this gentleman to anyone and we will be back in the future.”
“Gill and his team were on time and extremely professional. They put together our IKEA kitchen in only 2 days as they had promised .Service: Kitchen cabinet installation”
“Had an excellent experience working with Kimberly. She helped explain my options and pros/cons of different tiles.
She was patient and created a wonderful shopping experience!!!”

“The employees are rude as hell!!! I asked the lady a question and she was very sarcastic and news smashed my finger with the can goods I bought when she practically slammed the bag down. I will NOT be returning to this location again.”
