Their gas station attendant was not in the store. I had to ask who’s working in here. He said me and acted like I interrupted him from sitting on the curb playing on his phone. I asked for an item and he said we don’t have it which to me just showed he was lazy so I took my money elsewhere.
Just young and lazy with attitude….sad

The produce section is horrible. In the pic below you can see there are gnats in the tomatoes. There are molded and rotten items out in which I told staff and they didn’t bother to check or remove. Check plastic bags of frozen items especially shrimp to make sure there are no holes in them. As well as expiration dates, there are many expired items throughout the store. Unfortunately the location on Hudson bridge isn’t any better:(

I just bought these potatoes two days ago! 70% of them have mold on them! I don’t have food stamps and in this economy every penny counts! This is ridiculous

Today at 745 ish ---Took 5 calls and 11 minutes per my call log to speak to a person.
Pressed 0, 1, 2, 3....phone rang rang rang!! 5th attemp 0 agaun then customer service answered.
So unprofessional- sure customer service heard phone after many attempts after pressing 0. ?
Corp are you aware of a phone issue? Needs to be improved asap especially to reach pharmacy--.
138 SE do better! We deserve better.
Also Deli staffer --Tony needs to trained in communications for better professional and courteous people skills. He appears to dislike his job...then go else where. Asked him a question abt price of an item that didnt match the sign, and that day he apoeared he didn't want to be bothered and just stared at me behind his face mask.
I was the only customer in the area so he wasn't attending to several people at once.
Time 130-2pm on ther recent holiday Saturday. Informed Mgr Anthony on duty...not sure if it was worth my time.
He too seemed unconcerned or not surprised by Tony's behavior. As a Super senior whose shopped here for 24 years...worst service ever! Staff used to be more caring and polite.

Management is horrible. Shaylene (the white front end manager) has a nasty attitude. My 16 year old was employed for one month. He caught caught Covid and the flu right after. Had a doctor's excuse for both. He called back into work and was told he was terminated for missing too many days. Then whatever her name is hung up in his face. I called back,she definitely didn't hang up on me but stated she couldn't talk about it. I know GA is an at will state but why would you want an employee to report to work with an illness that can make both customers and employees sick. This Kroger does not care about it's employees or customers! Thats why they'll forever be short staffed. She was working the register when i came to turn in his things and the line was still down the aisle. Reported this whole situation.

managers they conversed but refused to make it right.

Im in this store constantly , doing instacart shopping and i have had no issues with anything, employees are friendly n helpful ! There is one guy who works n the produce department and he is awesome, always helps me, goes above n beyond with customer service!

Always clean and well stocked. The sale items can sometimes be difficult to find. Otherwise, I go to this store for the majority of my grocery needs. I would recommend shopping here.

I bought a 200.00 gift card at the Stockbridge Kroger. The lady, Rachel, didn’t enter my Kroger plus number. I had to call the help line to get my points. The lady there was very nice and added the points. I believe your employees have figured out how to steal the points by putting there number.
