This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been too. The staff is absolutely terrible. If this is patient care today, we’re screwed! As a medical professional I would NEVER recommend patients here!

I made an appointment for a drug-screen.. The waiting room was full but the staff was calm and welcoming.I didn't wait long, maybe 5 mins. Charlene serviced me and she was very efficient, professional, & kind. From my experience, this won't be my last visit here. Good job ladies!!!

About 25 people in small (approx 12’ x 12’) waiting room. Tech blew one vein and had to go into my hand vein. Very dirty door going from back treatment area to waiting room. I won’t be back here

The waiting area was overcrowded, and the waiting customers of concerning health, on our visit.We left without hesitation.I would rather live in ignorance of my medical condition than risk exposure to whatever that crowd might have been carrying.

Checked in to this location for pre-employment labs. After waiting for 2 hours… in which I was prepared to wait because I did not have an appointment, I proceeded to check in and was not able to complete my labs due to supposedly a $25 balance, after calling patient accounts, they concluded that that balance was on the wrong Stephanie Davis account, I had never resided at the address on file, nor did the phone number belong to me. The lab tech refused to bypass the system after she was told per pt accounts that this was a mistaken identity and she could not find any outstanding balance with my name and demographics. After waiting 2 1/2 hours and 2 calls to patient accounts. My labs still was not completed. The customer service is very poor and if I could rate less than 1 star, I definitely would. The person assisting me was more concerned about a write-up than servicing me. There was not a supervisor available to speak to. This was a BIG inconvenience and I ended up waisting 2.5 hours for nothing!!!!! It’s 2023 and verification processes should be much easier and better than what Labcorp has… you are identified by a invoice number which has proven to be a failure!!!!

The previous reviews had me afraid to come into this location, lol. I had a great visit and no one was rude. I think people need to understand that sometimes offices get busy and run behind. Just try them for yourself. Personally I was pleased with the staff and I was only there for 25 mins. That included walking in, checking in and leaving.

Not sure what the Issues are at this location, but its clearly ran poorly. Made an appointment online, and I received notification that lab technician was ready to see me. I’ve literally been sitting here for 45min and theres still at least 5 people ahead of me! Why are appointments being provided, if the location cant accommodate the patients??!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save yourself the time and pain and go literally anywhere else but to this location. After checking in for my 9am appointment I waited 45 minutes to be called back. I was sent there for Glucose testing and the lab tech did NOT read my lab work instructions and drew six vials of blood before even having me drink the glucose drink. I was then told that I was good to leave even though I was told by my Doctor that it would be a 2hr test. After I raised this question, FOUR of the six vials of my blood had to be discarded after the person in charge realized that the test had not been done correctly. Flash forward another 2hrs and ELEVEN vials of blood drawn total, I am told that the lab tech labeled my vials incorrectly and that I would need to come back a different day to repeat the testing. I was there from 9am-12:30… was jabbed over 10 times, with no results to show. I am beyond upset and will NEVER return. I can not reiterate enough, DO NOT waste your time here!!!

7-25-23,I checked in at 9:30am for blood work that my doctor faxed at the time. It is now 11:30 am not sure what the problem is this place is the worst to get lab done

I was referred to this place by my physician for lab work, I needed 4 sp blood, checked in at 8:10 .. it was 9:15 a.m., and I was not called in yet. People who checked in after me went in first.. for worst, they couldn't even perform the duties since it was already over an hour late.. worst customer service.
