A investigation needs to be opened. I purchased a product online for in-store pick up on July 4th, 2024. My product was supposed to be ready for pick up on July 10th, 2024. I never received a notification email or text for the estimate pick up date so I went in my online account to track my order when suddenly it said delayed. I called the store to see what was the issue when the young lady stated that the manufacturer company sent the wrong item in the box. She suggested for me to cancel my order and re order my product. I never received an email, however, I received one missed called from the store on July 8th, 2024. Furthermore, I do not answer unknown calls so you would think someone would leave a voice-mail about the mixed up with my order instead of me having to contact the store. I end up canceling my order but decided not to re order because young lady claim she tried to contact the manufacturer but no one returned her emails or phone calls. Now why in the hell will I re order if you can't get in touch with the manufacturer which was odd. I will never order from Lowe's unless the item is actually in stock at the store.

This is the worst Lowes ever, especially the cabinets department! Em was not truthful about delivery dates at all and straight up. lied to make the sale. I was told she is the only person in the store that works in the cabinet department and it’s so it’s difficult to work around when she’s off, at lunch or on vacation when your trying inquire about your $25k plus purchase and the dates of delivery keep changing! I call - again - to inquire and asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold over 20 minutes until I hung up. The customer service is terrible and I would not recommend and major purchases from this location. I should have taken the extremely worn down store front and unkept parking lot as a sign of the professionalism inside the store. Never again!

I would never come here again!! NEVER!! I’ve been waiting for someone to come to the paint counter for 40 mins found a manager he finally got someone to come. They help the couple first while I’ve been standing there for 30 mins plus. And I’m the one that found the manager in the first place…
I use work for Lowe’s in Newman they have high standards. But what can I say we’re in Stockbridge.. sad!

It's a nice place, it's a shame I didn't find a capacitor that I was looking for for my air conditioning, I was looking for it urgently, with this heat, but bad luck, they only had it ordered online.

I got there at 8 50 pm thinking they closed at 9 00 to return something easy and I was surprised. I went in to return dept and got credit in like 2 minutes. Then walked right back out to car by 8 55. My son was like now that was fast. Yes it was . So I was super happy.

Most atrocious customer service ever. Amari has the worst attitude and gets angry when being asked questions. How hard is it to let the customer know you don't do exchanges? Instead, the policy is to process a return. No people skills. Please Lowes when you hire for customer service or anyone that is going going to be in contact with customers, make sure they have people skills and they are presentable(not playing with their falling eyelashes). Will no longer shop at this location as this is not the only bad experience I have had here.
