Julian kinlock and Tony Rogers went above and beyond to help my husband and i switch carriers and also switch to iPhones from android phones for the first time. They were very knowledgeable about the company, the phones, and the service plans. Their great customer service skills made me feel comfortable/want to spend my money at T-Mobile. These guys are awesome and they never rushed us, or made us feel like being indecisive was bothersome them. They worked with us for 2 hours and the end result was 3 new lines (2 iPhone 12 Pro Max's and one SIM card for my son's phone) They work very well together which is a great thing to see in a company. T-Mobile is lucky to have these guys on the team. We left out spending more money than we would have with our previous carrier, but working with Julian and Tony, it felt well worth it. Money well spent. Thanks!

Went to change my cell phone service to t mobile. Rude employees at this location and the other t mobile nearby have convinced me to shop other brands instead

Christina was amazing great customer service even went the extra mile after attempting to contact two of her store managers and they never responded to her after a hour. She is new and she is amazing. She is still learning and she went through a lot so I would buy a couple of phones. Thanks sweets

They were rude and couldn't do their job. The lady over the phone helped more than these lazy workers... It was an easy task that every store can do but apparently they "couldn't"... I am not hard to make mad but this was unnacceptable!

I purchased an item from this store and the very next day I was rudely told that I couldn't return it because it was dirty . Nevermind it was never used anything .
