I went into the bank in Stockbridge to do a wire transfer. This is my first transaction with NFCU. The next day I get a email about another wire transfer that I did not make. Called the customer service line and they stated it was mistake at the branch. I was told because they have to ask another bank for the wire transfer to be refunded it might take weeks before I can get my funds back. This is unacceptable because they made the mistake and I am being treated as if I made the error.

I chose a credit union that breaks the law??♂️ Everything started off fine with Navy Federal until they were sued for breaking consumer law. Navy federal really needs to hold training on there so called security team etc. they are not attorneys, their just regular people with a job denying 90% of their fraud claims, making decisions on how they see fit and taking money out of accounts in which they are still breaking the federal electronic transfer act.

Hands down best navy federal branch experience I’ve ever had. Conyers is always slow and the atms barely work. Brookhaven is super crowded no matter what. I debated on coming here to Stockbridge or riding a little further to the McDonough location and I’m SO glad I came to this one. I was in and out in maybe 6 minutes total. There’s active police presence in the parking lot. Everyone I interacted with was very polite and professional. Tiffany, my teller, was amazing. Noted I did come on a Thursday morning right after they opened.

I must say that my experience here at this location is always great. Inside and out. Today I came inside to get a new card and when I say my card was ready in less than 3 minutes. That's amazing. It's very busy but the staff are pleasant and swift. Thank you. Oh and I've been a member since 2010. Great job

The staff is very unprofessional at times. This location is definitely going down hill fast. 30 minutes to get a replacement bank card is ridiculous and especially when it's not super busy.

Ghetto, the staff is misinformed, unprofessional, not trained to handle transaction and the YOUNG lady ( Loaren ) that helped me was sleepy ( closing her eyes) and said she was " I'm tired and ret-to go, I after eatin' lunch" ( it was 2:37pm )....really?

Customer service (Virginia) is very rude, if you have a disagreement with the (even the supervisor) they will post stuff your file that will go to EVERY NFCU and when go to the bank the branch manager will come talk to you no matter any wrong doing by the SUPERVISOR of NFCU and force you that your account maybe close....Customer Service 101 or Diversity Class is needed.

Last fall I refinanced my used car through Navy Federal. Somehow, the first lienholder sent the title to me via mail instead of Navy Federal. Immediately, I drove to my nearest Navy Federal branch in Columbus, Georgia and hand-delivered the title. The rep placed the title in a FEDEX envelope & said she would mail it. Over the next 6 months, my car payment amount kept increasing. I called Navy Fed. to ask why. I was told they did NOT receive my title. I informed them that I hand-delivered it back in November 2022 to their Columbus, GA branch. Long story short, the rep did NOT have me sign a Power of Attorney form, as required, back in November, therefore my title sat there for nearly 6 months, making my interest rate skyrocket! I drove BACK to Columbus, GA two weeks ago and signed the P.O.A. and they still have not gotten my loan straightened out. HIGH RATES BECAUSE OF NO FAULT OF MY OWN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!!! I have called over & over with no resolution! I never would have financed through them had I known how they do business! -Tammy Pike

This bank’s drive through atm shut off on me during a deposit and NAVY FEDERAL denied my claim. Absolutely disgraceful. I’m a small business owner!!!
