Very helpful staff! The young man (with Glasses) was super helpful and patient. There was an older gentleman that volunteered to help me get my purchase into my vehicle.

Today I went to this store and was not able to complete my purchase. Apparently the information they give the employees does not match the sale price in the email. The clerk told me I have to go home buy the item on line and then come back and pick the item up. So here I am back at home making the purchase. Now I have to drive BACK over to Stockbridge(seven miles each way, PLUS the miles I have already driven. So yeah, I would like to leave five stars but I cannot do it.

Omg! Just leaving Northern Tool & Equipment on Mt. Zion Rd. in Stockbridge and had a wonderful customer service experience. Mr. Johnny met us at the door. Didn't think they had what we needed but he showed us some amazing alternatives. It's just great to see customer service still exist! We will be back!

Speaking from experience, I wouldn’t recommend you guys purchase anything from the store and definitely not get the warranty. I recently just bought a pressure washer A m Northstar 3600 March 29 a month later it started leaking oil so I bring it back to the store to get Service come to find out the store doesn’t have a mechanic so I had to drive all the way to Snellville to drop the pressure washer off to get service Now mind you when I bought this pressure washer I got all the bells and whistles, meaning the warranty and a extended warranty Upon me getting the pump service, they say I have to pay an additional $597 The pump leak oil and water mixed into it, and it’s not covered on the warranty And they also say I cannot get my money back please don’t waste your hard earned money here
