Lani and Imani were so pleasant and helpful despite the overwhelming need from the customers. There was only 1 printer out of the 3 that were working and it seemed as though all the customers in the store needed to use it. They worked effortlessly and efficiently to direct the customers over to the desk, depending on the customer's need. They kept great energy throughout the process of helping others stuck at the printer as well. I was just about at my wits end with my printing issue until they helped me to resolve it. The world needs more people like these women that are calm, kind, and caring. They are both gorgeous inside and out. They both definitely deserve a raise or at minimum a bonus. I will definitely return to this location in the future. Thanks Lani and Imani, you both deserve all the goodness life has to offer!

Horrible customer service. Ordered same day cards and was NOT notified that the paper type I requested was unavailable or given an option to substitute. I went to the store the next day assuming they were short staffed and maybe needed more time to full fill my order only to be informed about the cancellation. When I asked why I didn't receive a courtesy call, I got a blank stare and a shoulder shrug and was asked if I wanted to place a new order ........ *woosah*.....

This store is always understaffed and no one knows where anything is. I was looking for labels and I checked the inventory on the app. The app says it has everything I need. I get to the store and it literally only has 1 item. I look for an associate and the only one seeming to be working is the lady at the ink desk. I ask her to look up the items and she tells me it's 7 of them on the aisle. WHERE?! Because I literally just looked through everything and found 1 of the 3 I needed. This store needs to get their system together.

Very bad service nobody seems like they want to work very bad customer service in the printing Department and they're always out of stock.

Only went in there to get some business cards it took three days and the associate skinny with yellow hair sent it to a whole other location and then refused to do his job because he had an altercation with another customer.
