“First let me just say that I do NOT reside in or around the Atlanta Area, I live 4 hours away, I happen to be visiting the area on Memorial Day Weekend and looking for a printer for my office. I went online to find that there were some great deals. I called 3 other stores before I called this one, and NOBODY was willing to assist me over the phone. But John at this store is AMAZING!! He not only doubled checked the prices, he pulled the item I was inquiring about and had it ready for me to grab and go once I arrived. Then assisted me with finding the Only toner cartridge that was showing available in the system and boy did we search for it. When you are a customer spending your hard earned money it feels good when you feel appreciated and assisted especially when making major purchases.
