“Just when you think customer service is dead, your faith is restored. This Office Depot is not near home or work but I ended up here to buy a particular printer and the experience was really unbelievable! I encountered 4 different employees and every one of them treated me with respect and kindness. They went above and beyond, complimented and assisted each other and did more then was expected. One was the store manager. Today, I passed 2 Office Depots to get here and the same experience! Kinda sad that customer service is so bad these days but this store manager and these employees should be training others in customer service!! Kindness and respect is the recipe for repeat customers!”

He not only doubled checked the prices, he pulled the item I was inquiring about and had it ready for me to grab and go once I arrived.
