Great service! Just be aware of the 3.5% they charge for using your card. They didn’t tell me at all. I was charged $28 for using my card 🤦🏾♂️

Was recommended to go here by my boss. Very good service. I have pretty much no knowledge on cars so I always worry about a place trying to make me pay for stuff I don’t even need but with this place it was very clear that they are honest and aren’t trying to scam their customers. Will be coming here again in the future!

Excellent personal experience. Attention to my needs. Tech found the hole in my tire but also found sidewall damage. Most techs would have patched the hole and been done. Grateful for the great tech and I didn’t get his name. Service mgr great also. This is a very good dealership.

I went in for an alignment. I asked for two tires on the back replaced although they were not ready to be replaced. One had 2/3 tread left and the other had 1/3 left. I was calling myself giving the alignment the best opportunity with new rubber. However, the diagnosis on my alignment was done after the tires were replaced and lo and behold after waiting 4.5 hours (no exaggeration) I was told that I would need a lower arm ball joint kit that would cost 900 on top of the already quoted 399. I was charged 270 for the tires and left with no alignment so I'm still in the same boat with alignment chewing tires. After the tires were added my car sat another 1.5 hours before I complained and was told the alignment would need a part ordered and 900 dollars. This place could have saved me time and money just checking out my alignment first before adding rubber. I only wanted the new tires for the best alignment. I felt played. I could have kept my current tires and come back at a later time. Needless to say, after sitting so long I was just ready to go. Angry as ever....

If you're in Stockbridge and need an emissions test done, then why spend more. This is the spot $14.99 who can beat that. It in and out great service. I have been going here for years. ?

The prices are fair, and as of now, I trust they are not setting up my car for future repairs.
I have seen firsthand that some repair shops have purposely set up cars to have issues or suggested work that was not needed, and I have yet to see that here.
I will continue to use them as my primary mechanic moving forward.

Everytime I come and get a oil change and tires rotated they always polite and let me know if anything on my car needs to be fixed. They always take care of my car.

Horrible. Brought our car about a simple coolant leak and still didn’t fix it. Then we brought the car in for a 3rd time and they didn’t get to it & didn’t call to let us know it needed to be picked up due to them not getting to my car.

I'm taking legal action against this company. Attorney General will be looking into them along with an attorney. I went for an oil change and the next day all my oil was gone. All a sudden I have an leakage that wasn't there prior to getting my oil change. I noticed many reviews had the same problem. Wished I had seen these reviews prior to go to this location for oil change service. I'm not going to let them getaway with messing up my car. Legal action is in effect now to be taken against them.
