Terrible customer service. Me and my business partner came in and we had gotten ugly stares from all of the staff. We just came to put my partners name on the account but they didn’t want to help us without all the information present that we used to start the account because im sure they assumed that because we are young and black that we are up to no good. They didn’t hide how they felt at all with nasty attitudes , distrusting eyes, and distorted twisted up faces. Definitely rethinking this choice for our business account.

Apparently they do not know how to answer a phone when you call. Every time I call I am put on the silent hold to wait and then it disconnects.

Oh my!!! Rude, hateful and condescending.. no wonder they have so many bad reviews. They want to over talk you and are just so unprofessional. This is why I never ever deal with banks like this.. I don’t even think they’re a real bank. I hope they shut this location down, no one needs this type of negativity in their life

Go to the Morrow location. The quality of service would probably be better. I had an emergency, and this location told me I needed to schedule to come into the branch.
