Very disappointed that when I walked into this establishment that no one spoke or greeted me. I was interested in the jewelry. I didn't have the opportunity to purchase due to not having my wallet. So when I saw the same set. One associate saw me looking at jewelry because she was at the front counter and she looked right at me. Very sad. This is a customer service establishment. If you're not ready to greet smile and serve the customers. Then stay at home.

Worst rainbow!! Super crowded with clothing racks so you can't comfortably shop. Had to stand in super long line with 'manager' proceeded to continue her convo and pretend not to see it. Even when the person she was talking to mentioned her line she proceeded to walk around store ignoring us. ? customers service isn't what it use to be

The worst customer service ever. I walked in and not one of the three girls working there bothered to greet me, not to mention I was literally the only customer in there at the time. One girl was less than 4 ft away from me hanging up clothes and straight ignored me. I guess I shouldn’t expect much from people who chose to put in an application at Rainbow.

I wish there was a way to leave this review without giving any stars at all. Yesterday I attempted to do a simple exchange . I had my recéipt ,the tagged items , and I was within the 7 day grace period. I handed my things to BEYONKA , the "manager" who proceeds to tell me my items SKU number don't match the ones on my receipt . I knew this was impossible cause I just brought the clothing a few days ago . So she handed me everything back and said she couldn't do the exchange . I then looked at the receipt & the sku numbers did infact match. I asked her to look at the receipt/ items again cause perhaps she overlooked something . At this very moment BEYONKA the "manager" began to yell like a total maniac stating that she was NOT going to look at the receipt & she knows her job. She said nobody ain't gonna tell her how to do her job & I can take my items to another store & let them figure it out!" Mind you there were also other customers in the store so I assumed her yelling was to create a show. I then turned to the other person behind the counter and asked if she could assist me & she flat out said No , because she was busy doing something else. I've been coming to this Rainbow for TEN YEARS. I promise I'll never step foot in there until BEYONKA is gone. She is rude, arrogant , ignorant, incompetent ,& clearly lacks the ability to effectively communicate . She isn't fit to manage anything far as I'm concerned. Anyway upon calling corporate office right there in the store , they received my email and clearly saw my sku numbers matched. They told her to give me a refund but for whatever reason her assistant ( who refused to help me the 1st time) said the system would only give me a store credit . All the while BEYONKA was on the phone with the district manager attempting to plead her case while LYING & stating I had a different receipt. The lack of integrity from both employees is disgusting . Two teenagers could have done a better job than both of them . By the way NO ONE EVER APOLOGIZED TO ME , which is one of the very first things you learn when working in a customer relations environment . I hope this review gets read by someone who actually cares about the customers cause clearly your employees, manager, and obviously the DM of the Hudson Bridge location , Do Not !!!!!! I am EXTREMELY disturbed about the way I was treated & if you so happen to read the other reviews posted, you'll see that BEYONKA the "manager" is quite comfortable with treating customers less than satisfactory . Perhaps she'll be reprimanded if the right person reads this email cause clearly she hasn't been thus far!!!!

Store employees would not honor marked price. Actually changed price tags right in front of us. Employees were argumentative and there was no customer service.

Worst rainbow to go to , the manager or whoever the black lady is don’t let nobody get store credit or exchange even if they tag is stillOn , the rainbow at the next exit on 228 is super better , go to that one. This one is a mess .

Horrible Management, you can barely walk in there. The racks are too close. Don't try to return anything, they act like it's coming out their check. They don't mark down clothes and accessories like the other stores.

Rainbow on Hudson Bridge in Stockbridge has lots of styles to choose from, the quality of clothes is a lot better than it used to be, the prices are great, and the store is well organized and stocked.?

Prices are amazing but the quality of the clothes are not acceptable and poor quality. They shrink, overtime the clothes start ripping and began to have holes and overall it becomes a waste of money. I recently just bought some tennis shoes and when I went to tie the laces the shoes just ripped. This is horrible and needs to be handled correctly
