Lucinda is the standout reason we recommend this storage facility. From the first interaction, she was professional, compassionate, and incredibly informative—she listened to what we needed, explained our options clearly, and made the whole process simple and stress‑free. Under her leadership, the property is clearly well run: the storage areas are spotless, the bathroom is exceptionally clean (which says a lot about how the place is maintained), and the security gate provides real peace of mind every time you visit. Check-in was smooth, everything is organized, and it’s obvious that cleanliness and safety are top priorities. It’s rare to find a facility where the standards are this high and the service is even better—Lucinda sets that bar.
