I reached out to them to get my iPhone screen repaired. I was quoted a price and I came in to get my phone service. I will say they're not the most friendly business owners and it was not explained to me that the screen that I was getting was not a screen that was the same quality of Apple screens. Once my phone was repaired. I could immediately tell the quality difference in the screens. The screen was very dark, even when I turned it up to the highest brightness. I could still barely see the screen. Also, the colors were off. The colors were either too dark or highly saturated. I called them to let them know of the issue I was having I was told bring the phone in again. The woman at the window said she will replace the LCD screen again however when I pick the phone up, the screen was exactly the same at that point I was then told in order to get true color and true brightness. I should get an Apple LCD screen. I informed her that I was not told that the screen was getting would not be an Apple LCD screen, or it would not be even close to the quality of an Apple screen I was offeredNo resolve. I went ahead and simply got a new phone to have the LCD screen that they put on my phone was not bearable and the quality Was horrible

Would never bring my items to this place again. I brought my ipad to them twice and both times they told they had fixed the issue, a month later here goes my iPad back broken again. The same thing happen with my iPhone. They are taking people money, saying they’re fixing the problem but the issues are still not resolved. Very disappointed with this place

Do not go here. I sent my son to get his phone fixed, the lady told him $20 to reset the the phone and $120 to fix the screen but he'd have to pay before fixing it which sounds suspect to me. When he called me to tell me the price I said ok but she went up on the price $10 more, so I told him to just leave and as he was leaving she said that she could fix the phone and he pay later. WHAT?? SO YOU DIDN'T TRUST HIM TO PAY. I will not patronize any business that discriminates period

10/10 .. I have actually been here a few times throughout the years to have my kids phones and tablet screens replaced and I must say they are the most affordable and fastest in the area. Kim is always the one to help assist me and she is the sweetest. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks kim
