Arrived at the store with my mother and a box, plus a remote that were not working properly. Mr. Kyle Franklin, a store specialist, greeted and attended us. He was courteous and knowledgeable in answering our questions about the setup.

Notification by text was very efficient. It allowed me to grab some lunch close by and not lose my spot in line. Staff was friendly and helpful. Four stars bc in the past I was lied to about a service issue/offering at this same store.

Was in store to attempt to have Spectrum stop harassing us. Aug 3, 2023, we called customer support to cancel services, shipped equipment back to them and it was received Aug 8. Months later, we continue to get texts, emails from Spectrum stating we owe invoices these past months racking up since cancelling service. We do not owe, do not have the equipment, nor have wiring connected to our house! Easy to begin service, nightmare to get away from them.

Low energy as hell in here. Reps need to be more eager to assist customers and SPEAK UP. I don't understand why you work a customer service job and then decide to mumble. Three male reps look me dead in my face and watch me stand in the middle of the store like I knew what I was doing. The only female I saw in there did greet me but she was assisting another customer. When one of the guys finally approached me he was mumbling. I don't even know what he said but I just stated that I was there to pick up my equipment. I'm a person that likes to be in and out and do things efficiently as possible. I had already called customer service ordered my service and scheduled my pick up date and time. We even verified that the location would be open since it was the day after Thanksgiving. So the male rep really didn't have to do much. He asked for my ID but never looked at it. He didn't attempt to sell me any other services or anything. Bare minimum attitude and energy. One star is because yall were open and the other star is because the task ultimately was done. But other than that yall get zeros for customer service. ? least u can do is not have me standing in the middle of the room. GET UP FROM BEHIND THEM COMPUTERS AND GREET PEOPLE WHEN THEY COME IN. FIND OUT WHAT THEY NEED AND THEN U CAN WALK THEM BACK TO THE COMPUTER TO CHECK. DONT JUST SIT BEHIND THE COMPUTER LIKE A BUMP ON A LOG AND LITERALLY GET PAID TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. AND LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING ELSE. I ONLY AM USING SPECTRUM BECAUSE THAT'S THE SERVICE THAT WORKS IN THE AREA. SPECTRUM WAS NOT MY 1ST OR 2ND CHOICE. I got such EXCELLENT service when i called the 800 number to get the service but got a terrible vibe going to the local store to pick up the equipment. Make that make sense.

Kameron Evan’s customer service gentlemen was a very nice guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to MULTITASK between all these things that were going. Great experience. ALLO.

This review is about Spectrum service rather than the store. I have visited the store a few times and always received an excellent guest experience.However, I have NEVER experience such horrible internet service in about a decade. I recently moved into the area and chose Spectrum as my provider over other companies. BIG MISTAKE!!! The internet is so spotty every single day! None of my devices rarely stay connected at the same time! If my TV is connected then my laptop won't connect and vice versa. I gave up try to connect my Roku on my 2nd TV. I'm not a big TV watcher but I expect my devices to work when I'm ready to use them, WHENEVER I'm ready. It is so annoying that I even went in the Spectrum store and added a pod for no reason. It is constantly offline!!! UGH!! This is so inconvenient and I refuse to upgrade my service just to give them more of my money when I didn't have this problem with other providers. My daughter was just hired for a work at home position! I am crossing my fingers that the internet doesn't go out while ahe is working until we find a different provider!!! PLEASE if you exclusively use internet, miss Spectrum and find another provider. You'll thank me!!!

So far I have been waiting about 45 minutes to get a modem replaced. As busy as the location is, it seems that they would have more than three associates working. The store has work stations for six. The staff seems friendly and quite competent though.

Switched out cable boxes quickly. Best to have a reservation as it will jump you up in line versus the walkins

The lines are soo long. Only one employee.I am here with my mom to switch out the router. REALLY? They do not deserve one star, maybe for the guy who is working so hard.

The rep was great BUT BUT BUT... after signing in, I ultimately had to wait over 1 HOUR before being helped ??. I simply had a pickup order. When I walked in, there was only 3 people ahead of me... only 3 people, SMH Whew! Crazy wait time that needs to be corrected ASAP.

Visited the store to swap a modem that was damaged during a storm the previous evening. I like that they have the monitors that show where you are in the queue. The line moved quickly considering the number of people waiting, most of whom were there for the same issue. The staff worked very quickly to serve each customer, and the staff was very friendly while handling all the customers.
