The establishment doesn't take coupons, only those digitally on the app. I ordered my food on the app yet it wasn't made as ordered.

We've been going to this Subway for years and after our experience tonight we will not be back. I ordered 5 subs on the app and 1 was missing when we picked it up. I had to open the wrappers to see which was missing and all but 1 was made wrong. No biggie, it's a simple fix. The lady behind the counter said she was the one who made the sandwiches and wanted to know what was wrong. I explained what the issue was but I guess she didn't understand what I was saying. So when I tried to explain it again, she cut me off and started raising her voice at me. Then proceeded to tell me that everytime I come in there with a group of ladies that I'm always the problem. She has me confused with someone else and she's getting loud at me for no reason!! Even her coworker is telling her she's wrong and to stop yelling at me. Couldn't get a refund because it was ordered through the app.. The gentleman working there helped us, made our sandwiches, and was super nice! I just can't believe this lady actually got loud at me like I was in the wrong. Worse experience I've ever had!!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. I will never come back here to this garbage. Ordered online and my entire order was wrong. When I told the person that the lady argued and said we are the problem and started yelling at us. Then when I asked for a refund I was told no and the rude Indian lady kept arguing and trying to pick a fight. I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK. I also recommend no one ever come to this place again. If I could give it less then a 1 star rating I would.

Worst Subway Ever!! says they close on 930 but closes early and i didn't get my food that i ordered call in wanted a refund saying they can't refund me my money doesn't make sense will not be ordering or coming here never again poor service

They do not honor subway coupons or promotions. Visted 1764 Hudson Bridge Rd #403, Stockbridge, GA 30281 for lunch. Just ridiculous that this store doesn't honor the franchise coupons it represents.

Nice and clean Horrible service and food Bread was super hard portions were scarce and for 22$ for two six inch tuna sandwiches WHY were we still hungry We had to pay extra 1$ per scoop because there was a teaspoon in the tuna These Subways are trash these days and I wish the food quality was better None of the food has good flavor I told the lady I was going to leave a bad review she shrugged us off Don't eat here it's nasty

I went in with Subway coupon. 6" meal for 3.99$ The employee informed me that that location DID NOT ACCEPT COUPONS. My meal cost me $ 13!!! That is insane! The bread was old and my lettuce and spinach was wilted. Worse meal I've ever had from subway.

I ordered online , received my sandwich how I ordered it which was the only good thing about it. I started eating my sandwich and noticed a weird taste from my chicken. The next day I was in terrible pain I got food poisoning. I will not recommend ordering from here at all.

Watch carefully! When I went to pay for my sub, the employee flipped the screen around and added a 15% tip. Then she denied it but I have the receipt to prove it.

I called this store this morning asking about the free 6 inch free subs to figure out how to get the offer. She completely lied to me saying I would have needed to pre-order from the app and that they were already sold out of the free 6 inch Deli Hero sub sandwiches.So I called another store and he told me that the previous store told me the wrong thing completely because the free 6 inch subs are supposed to be ordered in store.

They do not honor coupons or promotion.visited location 3560 hwy 138The sandwich maker / cashier was very rude when asking for fresh lettuce.which the lettuce she placed on my sandwich was old /,brown and wet!! Advised her she was going yo make people sick.she then removed the lettuce and continued to make my sandwich..Uuuhh no thanks.walked out with another customer. And advised her their location was on the coupon.they then posted a sign .place was clean until you reach the prep area.

I have concerns regarding the training of the employees at this Subway location. Recently, I placed an online order for pickup, allowing ample time for the order to be prepared (picked up the food two hours after placing the order). However, upon arriving at the store, I discovered that the employee had completely forgotten about the order and had to start creating it from scratch upon my arrival. This lack of professionalism is particularly disheartening considering Subway's status as a prominent franchise, and the fact that many customers visit during their lunch breaks, necessitating efficient service. I proceeded to order two subs, but throughout the preparation process, the employee consistently mixed up the ingredients between the two sandwiches. I even witnessed the employee attempting to transfer ingredients from one sub to the other to rectify their mistake. I am giving a two-star rating instead of one because the employee maintained a courteous demeanor throughout and acknowledged the oversight. However, I remain profoundly disappointed and, unfortunately, will not be returning in the future. I appreciate your service but kindly request that you invest in more comprehensive training for your employees to ensure a smoother experience next time.
