The lady with blonde dreads/locs was rude and had an attitude problem. She waved me down when I first walked in and I walked up to her and said hi. She didn’t respond so I started to say that I needed to get a label printed and an envelope. Before I could get everything I needed out, she cut me off and said I got you and points at the email that’s in front of the computer and looks down at her phone and starts singing inappropriate lyrics to the song that was playing in the store.Then she just walk to the printer and yells across the store asking to verify my last name. When she was walking back from the printer, she didn’t have the envelope in her hand so I just wanted to double check to see if she heard me about the envelope because she cut me off. Then she says yeah I know loudly. Then she says I have to pay $3 because I had to email the label and use their email for it to be printed which was fine but the heads up would’ve been great before printing the label. I didn’t know they charged that much to print something or even to have something emailed to them.If I knew that I would’ve printed the label at home.The other workers that were helping other guest around the store seemed a lot nicer just by the way that they were talking. I’m not sure if she wasn’t having a good day but I didn’t appreciate her talking to me like that especially when I hear other workers giving good customer service. I didn’t have the best experience.

I have been using the UPS store for more than 10 years. My box number is 355 time after time I tell them stop putting the mail in my box four 335. I see they’re renovating the store the other day I go and ask for my Mail. The Worker Will not say name or give titles because I feel now they might really mess up my Mail anyway he says there’s no Mail. I said oh “I know I have Mail “ He goes back. He gives me a stack of mail for box 335 I said no that’s not mine. He goes back. He finds some mail for me for Box 355 then yesterday. I’ll go and check my mail inside my box is all the mail for box 335 I looked through the mail for box 335 and most of the mail was for box 355 then when I Go through the Mail there’s mail for me from 2024. This is unacceptable

I recently visited the UPS store and was thoroughly impressed by the welcoming atmosphere created by Cam and Mya. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism made my experience enjoyable. They took the time to assist me with my needs and answered all my questions with patience. The store was well-organized, and it was clear that they take pride in their work. It's refreshing to see such dedicated employees who genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent service!
