The kindness and patience of the employees, they are always so nice and helpful. Everything is always fast and efficient and it’s the only UPS I choose to go to because I went to another one and they were horrible.

I frequent this location for packaging needs or Amazon returns (sometimes multiple times in a week). Was here recently & heard an older woman comment on how the customer service here is always pleasant…I agreed & felt compelled to leave a review! For the past 5-6 yrs I've used this location, there are usually younger adults working. Despite their age, race or tasks being conducted, I’ve never had a bad experience here! So PLEASE continue to keep up the good work!

Fabulous. I go to them for every printing need I need for work and personal use. They are so quick, professional, and kind. I pass by a closer UPS store that isn’t great to come to this one every time.

They made my return to spectrum take 2 minutes flat. Meanwhile I walk into spectrum and they didn't even want to take my router back. Ups is so godamn efficient

I had an amazing experience with UPS Store #4224! I ordered stickers, flyers, and a retractable banner for my company, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The team was fast, friendly, and incredibly professional. Everything was high quality and completed ahead of schedule. I’ll definitely be coming back for future print projects—highly recommend!

There is more than one reason I love this location! They are so kind. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. It doesn't matter if it's just opening or if the store is about to close. They are quick and respectful of people and their time! I come in there even for something simple as stamps. I have faxed paperwork, completed Amazon returns, and and shipped my own packages. No matter what they are courteous, quick, and professional.
