Complete incompetence. Have lost seven packages in a row dating all the way back to November. It’s now the beginning of February. Nobody at this post office can help you. They basically tell you to suck it up. Never using them again after this disaster.

Absolute rudest supervisor ever. Front counter staff was friendly. Supervisor was totally rude and insincere.
And they NEVER pick up packages even when you request a pickup the day before. I need a new route carrier please. Mine is awful.

This post office sucks. They lost my package I had ordered from Amazon in the mail. I went to the post office to inform them that I haven't received my package and the supervisor really didn't do anything. The following day I still didn't get my package. So I called Amazon to let them know I didn't recieve my package O tried to get Amazon to replace it but that option wasn't available so they have me a refund. I am highly upset because I paid for two day shipping and handling and a refund take a 7- 10 business days to go back in my bank account. This post office is very unorganized and they never send the same mail man. I literally live around the corner from the post office and they always deliver our mail late. This post office needs better leaders.
New update: This post office has gotten worse over time. They deliver one piece of mail to my residents every single day and it's starting to piss me off. I know I have more mail then they are sending. These new mailman and mail women are super lazy. I find it odd that they are trying to blame their bad postal service on the fact that the mail goes to one warehouse in South Georgia but to me that's no excuse to be this horrible. If this project they done happened a few years ago then that's a lame excuse. Georgia postal service is number one for being the worse out of all 50 states and they are still moving like dead last is great.

Have had two packages lost in one week. Received one a week later and still waiting on another. Mail runs extremely late, for example yesterday it came at almost 9 pm! The reason one package was lost is because when it reached Stockbridge, Ga post office, instead of delivering to my address, which is a few mile from post office, they sent it to Charleston, SC then to Columbia, SC. This happens way too often!!

Upon arrival I was reluctant to pull in as the location looked to be abandoned. Grass is overgrown and the shrubs have weeds coming up above the shrub. There was a homeless person camped inside the entrance. Cobwebs throughout the inside as I made my way to the service area. Unbelievable...

Antoinette is by far the sweetest and most helpful worker I have ever encountered at a post office. She help my fiancée and I send out our save the dates out of the country and helped us get additional stamps after we got the wrong ones at another post office. I won’t ever go to another post office. We love her!
