Verizon storePlease DONOT GO THIS STOREWe went to add one more line to this store Mr Chris and his colleague Mrs Jada try to sale forcefully with device accessories five dollar value to try to sell $65 and $85 total $235 only for accessories &she brought a new phone and she said you have to pay money we definitely doesn’t like this device then She spoke to his boss and she gave us discount we came up $136 , when she charged money credit card machine does not show any thing the amount on screen was blank we trust her she charge 136 after one hour we changed our mind & ask return device Mr.. Chris & clear & loudely say we charge restocking fees $50 and we was agree and we slide in the card screen was blank and we trust him he charge $90 instead $50and give us a paper when we ask him why you charge $90 store fees is $40 our paperwork this store is 3rd party store please DO NOT go this store he steal our hardworking money and very rudely they say leave our store, so please enter the store make sure never happen to you we all work very hard money. We got very bad experience do not go to the store

Broke my phone and had the pleasure of meeting two great people. Chris Adams and Jada Pace. They were working gave me excellent advice and save me extra costs. I got my new phone and it was not able to complete the setup from home with the online expert. I returned to this Verizon store where Jada and Chris spent time re setting up and getting all my information to transfer over to the new phone. I spent $0 at their store and was treated great and very respectful never felt like I was a bother or being rushed. It took a lot to get the phone set up and they were great. Again thank you Jada and Chris for all your help today.

I made an upgrade purchase with a representative over the phone and scheduled to pick up my new device at this store. When I asked Christopher at this location if he'd assess my phone to be sure I'm receiving the maximum amount for the trade- in promo, initially he asked that I allow him to complete the process of my new device- no problem. Before leaving I asked again if he would take a look at my phone as it is in great condition and has none of the damage that would disqualify me from receiving the maximum amount, and he danced around my question and gave me information that I didn't ask for, as I already know, e.g., that I have 30 days to bring back the new device and that I could take it to any location to do what I'm requesting. I'm like, but while I'm here, I'd like to get it done now, but no worries, I'll go elsewhere, preferably to a corporate store. I will not be returning to this location or if I were to, I will definitely request a different agent. This gentleman wasn't very lively at all.

This cell's employee was very nice and put me at ease. Because I was very tense and upset about getting my phone activated. And he calmed me down. And at the end, I was very pleased.

Jenny was extremely helpful with exchanging my son’s phone while juggling another family with their phones. I was extremely impressed that I switched my Boost mobile phone and service right on the spot over to Verizon because of her expertise and multi-tasking while making it look so seamless. Jenny made it a complete Breeze! She is to be commended for excellent customer service!

Zack is absolutely amazing. Super helpful, he provided a lot information on the phone deals and just overall great customer service. Absolute best of the best, definitely amazed at the professionalism. He was outstanding and extremely professional , and because of his great customer service WE ARE EXTREMELY EXCITED TO BE TEAM VERIZON.

Get a detailed list of your charges before you pay. While upgrading the associate attempted to add close to $100 worth of upsales I did not authorize in order to pad his sales. Don't come here unless you want to be robbed. Oh and when I called him out on it my bill magically became what it should be due to a "discount code I just found" which doesn't show on the recipt. Some really shady stuff going on here.

I placed an online order through Verizon for the promo with iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad. This location canceled my order because the one iPad they had in stock was connected to someone else. The young lady Alexa stated there is nothing she could do and that I would just have to lose my promo and reorder. She also stated this location doesn’t work the Same as a corporate store.Verizon should not have them listed as a store pickup option if they don’t always stock items that show in stock on the store website.I asked to speak with a store manager and was told there is no one and she did not have a contact. After stating there must be someone, she sent a text and stateted he said wait 5 mins. After 5 min NO MANAGER. I would suggest maybe only paying a bill at this location. Do not take purchase devices from this location. You've been warned.PLEASE VISIT A CORPORATE STORE AND NOT THIS LOCATION.

I originally went into the store with my husband, who was having lots of issues with his phone. Bryonna, the agent that assisted us on many occasions with the same issues was great. Attentive, respectful and patient with the Customer Service Agents on the phone, attempting to resolve our phone issues. I decided to upgrade my phone but it had to be ordered. When my new phone came in, Bryonna was not at work and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Alexer Dexter. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful and definitely an asset to this organization ?? Not only did she handle and expedited the trade-in process flawlessly, she actually got my husband's issues with his phone resolved through Corporate finally, which prevented a fifth trip to Verizon. Thanks Alexer for all you have done to assist us and others. You are one of a kind.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at the Stockbridge location. I came to this location and Russell was phenomenal. He displayed empathy and customer advocacy. We need more folks like him customer service.
