Very RUDE Pharmacy staff!
Waited over 40 minutes for a prescription that was called in prior to them opening.
My daughter had just had oral surgery and we had to sit in the parking lot until they decided to fill her prescriptions.
So sad that nobody in the pharmacy likes their job at this location.

This location is across from my office and I have gotten the same prescription filled at this location for nearly 10 years. Unfortunately, over the last few months, I have attempted to drop it off at this location several times and had to get it filled elsewhere because they haven’t had it in stock. There has been a shortage of the medication and it can be hard to find, which is frustrating. I have had to drive far out of my way on several occasions to find it, but a few times a Walgreens near my house has had it when this location didn’t and I filled it there. Today, I go to drop it off, they look me up, and tell me they aren’t accepting “new patients” and refused to fill it. No, you don’t have record of me filling in at this location in a while, but what you don’t have record of is the number of times I have sat or stood in the long drop off line just to find out it wasn’t in stock and, because of that, was forced to go to a different location. They told me I had to go to the other Walgreens I last filled it at. The one I went to AFTER I tried to fill it at this location first. Shouldn’t a Walgreens customer be a Walgreens customer? So I am being inconvenienced and punished, indefinitely, because they can’t keep it in stock and I chose to go out of my way to find it rather than waiting weeks for them to get another shipment of something I need to function. Make it make sense.

Hobbled in with a fresh cast on my leg looking for a knee scooter. Justin helped me by getting it and even offering to take it to the car for me seeing I was on crutches. Wonderful service!

You can't hardly get through I was on hold 8 yes 8 times then the lady answered & said Pharmacy PHARMACY I said or yelled "if you give me a minute I would say why I called. They need to get better help

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star, the pharmacy will place you on hold for multiple times without even speaking with someone, they answer please hold then you wait up to 10 minutes then phone rings with no answer. Also when I attempted to contact the store manager about the issue, she too seemed uncaring about the situation, my suggestion is go somewhere else. The lack of empathy or resolve is just sad.
