WARNING!!! THIS PLACE IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!: My husband and I paid $256 for 48hours covid test only to only to hear from nobody in 48hours. And all Walgreens can do is blame lab Corp, when all my boss cares about is my results that I promised him in 48hours. There's no number to call for my results, but even a place to confirm Walgreens even sent out my labs. I now feel cheated and bamboozled. This Walgreens does not care about your health or covid needs. They just want the money as usual. And now I'm out $256 and nothing to show our bosses.

If I could I would leave zero stars for this place. Highly unorganized and highly unprofessional. I paid 70 dollars and scheduled an appointment here for a covid test. I show up the day of and their drive thru is closed, so I go in the store and approach the people in the pharmacy and they tell me to go back to the window, that they will take me. When I get back outside and to the drive thru window, they have me wait five minutes before telling me they cant take me and to reschedule with the store at HWY 138. A waste of my time and my money. I bet they wont return my money same day. Save yourself some time. Visit a Walgreens in a better neighborhood where people actually care.

Worst Walgreens, or any pharmacy in this area. No customer service, shelves never stocked, and so much more. Their employees are in need of training or be replaced.

They hire terrible employees and Pharmacy’s makes you wonder about the screening process they are rude don’t care if you get your meds and they keep putting you on hold over and over and over and over and never come back to the phone. This is a sorry way to do business and I hope that they have to file chapter 7 soon. Better when CVS!

My prescription was sent here and I was told that that issue was my insurance. Contacted my insurance, that issue was resolved. Called Walgreen back and I was than asked to disclosed my medical condition for my prescription, and the pharmacist still refused it. After speaking with her, the pharmacist, I was advised that the manufacturer requires a diagnosis code for my prescription to be filled. I've have had many prescriptions filled, an never have I heard of such undue hardship l. Horrible experience and customer service.I'm damn near on my death bed and I'm being refused my prescribe medication by my doctor prescribed. I'm will be contacting corporate and the board of pharmacy because, no one should have to disclose their medical condition to still have their prescriptions refused.Something needs to be done about this type of service.

My visit tonight at Walgreens located at 1855 Hudson Bridge Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281 was a great one! Jessie (Shift Team Lead) since 2020 was very professional, proactive, assertive and overall helpful. He assisted me in finding my cough/cold medicine which wasn't on the shelf. Jessie found what I was looking for in the stock room! I appreciate you Jessie for your customer service! As we discussed, it's hard to find employees that go above and beyond the call of duty! You displayed a sense of urgency! You deserve to be a store manager! You were customer service friendly! I will be calling Falen (store manager) to inform of my great experience! Thanks Jessie ???

I went to the urgent care in Walgreens, it was not 4 pm. I sat there for more than an hour and she refused the service, will not go there again
