I will give zero rating if possible.they don't know how to talk with customers. I wait more then 1 hour for vire transaction. After that they say we have only one banker in bank so it's not possible. Very bad service

I have been with wells Fargo for awhile now but today it is shock to find out how rude their employees can be. Sounded like they don’t want to work or really care about their customers problem. So, it is time to close the account.

I went to this Wells Fargo location today to deposit money, I have my debit and i.d print out from dmv site, atm teller Monique would not accept my i.d so I had to drive to the next Wells Fargo (228) where they did accept my i.d and every other Wells Fargo location has accepted my I.d print out. I called customer service express to my concerns. The very pleasant customer service rep. contacted the bank and spoke to at a banker who gave false information, stating I had a copy of my I.d and I was given other options like use the Atm to deposit, when the atm is also down today! I just hate when you come in contact with that 1 person that try to make everything difficult for no reason.

Silent Quiet Customer Service Reps exiting the building at 5:40pm-Friday July 29, 2022.I normally have a great experience when I come here!…. But advocating for the elderly is my mission today!I was standing at the ATM machine minding my business depositing millions lol in my account. There was an elderly man grabbing on the handle of the door. I looked and the entire staff team was standing in the vestibule. I encouraged the man to ask one of the 7 staff persons looking right at him through the glass door! As the man opened the door one by one; lady, man and whomever walked passed the man with tight lips. I begin to sing ? no one’s going to tell the man what time they close? Immediately, Nelson my usually professional respectful representative-yelled out “ the time is on the door”. I was appalled! Sir!! Yes it’s Friday, yes your going home! But NO ONE out of about 7 people couldn’t have kindly just say to the CUSTOMER-sorry Sir, we’re closed and we close at 5pm???? No one! All you could do is sarcastically reply-the time is on the door! I shook my head and said!! Loud and proud-sorry sir they are closed and none of them had the decency to verbalize it!WElls! We got to do more training! I kindly asked the last pleasant gentleman the managers name and he said it! But this shock I only remembered -Hardy! Please let’s be kind-even if we leaving work on a Friday-ready for the weekend!

Finally able to get in and out this morning, most of my visits were unsuccessful as the ATM deposit is constantly not working.

It’s a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and Wells Fargo(This location) is that kind of bank. They’ve always shown me kindness, respect, and a friendly service . I do banking with other banks but since pandemic there is no good service in banks like they used to be.I would like to thank you all good and kind staff here in this branch.Please keep it up same good service.?

Worst Bank Ever, I will more than likely be closing all my accounts and start banking with BOA or Chase! Worst customer service and the lines are always super long!

My last two times in the drive thru I waited in line 45 minutes. I tried to contact the manager to let them know of the problem and couldn’t reach a human. No customer service. I plan to end my account
