If I can put a zero I would. I brought one of my elderly residents up here to cash her pension check. She stated she had to verify it. We been literally a hour. She just spoke to the manager and the manager asked why did she take so long to cash her check. What day she gets her check and etc… Horrible customer service. I will never bring anyone here.

Horrible experience at this establishment. The female cashier refused to cash my check because she wanted to see if I cashed it by mobile first. Which was absolutely ridiculous. If I cashed it by mobile why the hell would I need you all ??? Then the “boss” she spoke with says the same thing. While cashing another Latino man’s check who had already signed his check prior to coming into establishment . So first I was racially profiled, and treated as though I was lying. WILL NEVER USE THIS CHECK CASHING PLACE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THAT WHOEVER READS THIS DOESN'T EITHER!!

This place is horrible! The young man that was in there July 23rd is a thief between 8-830am. He pocketed my 100.00 he’s a lier. A great big lier!! Cameras are off so couldn’t prove anything! Don’t waste you time wish this place should go out of business.

Absolutely rude! Would not let me speak to a supervisor or any type of management. Would not give me any contact info for management. I have had an account with them for years. Always had good legal non bouncing checks. Absolutely no problem. I go in today and one the girls barley speak English. Two are very very rude and uncooperative. I was trying to cash a check from the United States Treasury!!!! How in the world could I make a fake check from them?!?! I had a ID on file, I had a valid ID up to date in hand and a good valid check from the government!!!! And they looked at me and told me that they were unable to cash it. I drove out of my way to go there because I knew they normally do a great job and they treat me like a criminal. I am absolutely beyond upset and feel very very disrespected. I've never seen these girls before but they need to have better customers service. They would not explain to me why my check wasn't good for them. They refused to speak to me. They even faked being on the phone with management. I'm definitely not ever going back there. They lost me a as a customer!!!!!

Their service stinks. People are very rude.The phone number Google has listed is not“Checks Cashing”. It is a private #.Your business needs to get the phone number straight. I don’t recommend this place to anyone
