“Customer service is something very important, when your job is to serve customers, today I had a very bad experience with a man who works in refunds, making Amazon returns, his attitude was horrible, but I will not stop expressing the good service I received from the cashier Mrs. Karen, she was very patient and kind, she managed to change my bad experience for an excellent one..
