The negative reviews are top notch true. The phone call was unpleasant. It was said they would call me. I had to call them. Online promo is for $1.00 down day of lease signing only to be questioned why I didn't sign up for EZPAY. Automatic payments are optional.
It seems as if they want you to pay first month before delivering your order.
Beware shop elsewhere folks.

I have gotten a few items here. I purchased a washer and dryer here. When we had trouble with the dryer, I called the store and they sent someone out the same day to see what the issue was. He couldn't repair it himself so they called a repair man to come and repair our dryer. Our dryer was up and running by the next day. Everything was done in a timely manner.

This store manager Alexus is so unprofessional and very rude. If all calls are recorded how does she still have a job. I wouldn't recommend this store to no one. I want to change stores in my area, is that possible. Where is Carlos and Jewel they were the real MVP's of the store.
