I wish I could give this business NEGATIVE stars. The person, who I assume is the Service Manager, was rude, unhelpful, and watching the clock to get the H3ll out of there. He told me that they might be able to get to my car, but I'd have to wait an hour to find out. And, if after that hour wait, they couldn't get to it, I would have to leave it with them (not a chance). The shop was beyond nasty as were the workers I encountered. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! They appear to be all about the money with no concern for customer satisfaction! I'm shocked actually to see a few five-star ratings. Those must be friends and family. Stay away from this shop unless you are a glutton for punishment! This is one of those businesses that make us appreciate the other guys out there trying to be honest and helpful.

Took the vehicle there for an alternator replacement and as of today 7 days later, the vehicle is still at the shop because a complete unprofessional amateur "mechanic" worked on my vehicle causing other electrical problems.The vehicle was brought to the shop starting and running on its own but after the alternator replacement, the vehicle's ECM would not recognize the key, therefore, preventing the vehicle from starting.Antoine, the "owner" would blame the brand new alternator to be faulty while I explained to him that he did let an unprofessional do the work without supervision causing electrical issues.What happened from my understanding is that the battery was improperly disconnected causing the main computer ECM to completely loose power and now even preventing external OBD computers from detecting voltage coming from the ECM.At this point, something more serious has occurred.Antoine's main concern after all is collecting his labor payment while the vehicle is now suffering more issues than what it originally came in for.He completely refused to provide a documentation explaining what his "shop" has done to the vehicle because I told him that I was taking him to court for negligence.Bottom line, DO NOT take your vehicle there unless you want it to be sitting there just like all the other vehicles that he cannot even fix.DEFINITELY PURSUING THIS MATTER IN COURT.Service: Electrical

Please be careful when going here. They are family friendly but they have been giving wrong diagnostics. I paid for an something that wasn't broken and had to go through weeks of my car cutting off because of it. They will tell you one thing and still see the light on in your car so they can charge you for something else. I know people work hard for their money and vehicle issues are expensive.

I will never go back. These people really wasted my time. I paid for a part for my car, the owner said he would call me when he received it, he never did. I had to call him to find out that he had received it. Then I told him the day I would be coming to have the part installed only to get there and find out it was not the correct part for my car. This is unacceptable to me considering that on my previous visit I gave them all the information they needed to ensure they got the correct part: make, model, year, even my VIN number. And when they received it, it's their responsibility to verify that it was the correct part. I had to sit in the waiting room and wait for someone to go and get the right part. They wasted my afternoon when I had other things to do. This is not good customer service and I DO NOT recommend them.
