My visit here on February 14th left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite making an appointment, the employee who assisted me seemed rushed and disinterested. When I asked about the return policy for a gift I was purchasing for my elderly mother, the employee was uninformed and dismissive. She initially provided inaccurate information about the return window and restocking fee, and her demeanor was unprofessional.I overheard the employee making personal remarks in the back, expressing her eagerness to leave. It was evident that she was not fully focused on assisting me. After contacting her manager regarding the return policy, she reluctantly provided conflicting information.After contacting customer service within the store, I received accurate information about the 14-day return policy and $55 restocking fee. While the customer service representative was helpful, the initial encounter with the in-store agent was disappointing and highlights the need for improved employee training and customer service.

Customer service was great! We were attended to right away and Keisha was awesome. She was professional, kept us engaged and even made us laugh. She resolved everything we went to the store for.
