It was a difficult move with two destinations, with lots of heavy boxes, trunks, bins, etc.
Rod and Dean are wonderful strong, and efficient professionals.
In the office, Ian and Cynthia were super helpful and extremely professional, as well.

Update - everything was great until they broke some of my stuff. I filed a claim right away and now I’m getting no response. Still trying to find someone who cares. Cynthia has been friendly and trying to help, but they took my money and have left me holding a bag of broken furniture.
Great experience from the initial call from Ian, until Patrick Agee and crew closed the doors and drove away. Well done

My decision to hire Beltmann Relocation/North American movers proved wise and I would use them again. Starting with their rep Ian. My initial meeting with him was very informative. He was my main contact throughout move. He was always available and got back to me quickly on any messages I left. The loading and uploading crews were very professional. All items were loaded and unloaded in a timely manner. Everything arrived in good condition.

I move for Smyrna, GA to Miami, FL and Ian made the stress of moving stress-free. I had an initial move date but do to the sale of my home falling through I had to postpone and Ian reassured me that not worry that when I was ready they’d be there to help me move. And when the time came Ian quickly and seamlessly booked my move. And the best part was my things arrived only 4 days later. Will definitely recommend them for any moving need to friends and family.

The customer service before, during, and after the move was excellent. Ian did not hesitate to answer questions. The price was competitive. And, the team that showed up to move our items and then deliver our items, was excellent. Not one piece of furniture was damaged in anyway. The crew was polite and respectful. The Texas Adventure was handled professionally by Beltmann Relocation Group in Stone Mountain, cannot say enough Thank You’s to Ian Robbins who was professional and ready to help from Day One. Our move was handled quickly and efficiently for us by Ian as our needs changed due to a quick sale of our Atlanta home!
