I'm so delighted to gave discovered Bob Bailey's! I had sworn off of big box stores for appliances after multiple horrid experiences.
The difference working with Bob Bailey's has proved to be a polar opposite to my previous experiences at Home Depot and Lowes.
Jimmy Moore was great to work with - excellent communication and worked to find the perfect refrigerator for my very small space. Jimmy was always available for questions and even came personally to my house to measure the space since it was a special order.
Installation was flawless, the installers clearly knew their jobs and made sure my floor was protected during the removal and installation process. I plan on replacing my stove and microwave soon and will definitely be seeing Jimmy about that when I do.
No sitting on hold to talk to someone who not only doesn't know what you are talking about or care, for that matter. No contract installers trying to charge you for extra work that is not required, as I encountered with a big box. No discovering that a dishwasher that had been smashed and largely destroyed was loaded and brought to my house for installation, even though the box was a wreck, too, obvious damage ignored at another big box.
Bob Bailey's is happily 100% drama-free!

The person who helped us with our appliances, Spike, was very knowledgeable about the choices. We needed all new appliances for our kitchen renovation. He kept in touch with us throughout the renovation. When something didn’t fit correctly the installers took it out and reinstalled it another time when the cabinets were fixed. No extra charge. The installation occurred at the time that was promised. We’ll never buy appliances anywhere else from now on.

I love Bob Baileys Appliance. They are so knowledgeable about the products. They carry great brands and we have gotten all of our appliances here. Plus the delivery and installation services are the best! We have an old Decatur house and getting the appliances in can be tricky. But they have done such a great job! They are patient and take their time so my walls or floors are never scratched or dinged up. And they go the extra mile to make sure the appliances are set up and working right. Highly recommend them and will always buy from them !
