??Was given the laziest customer service ever, with a nasty attitude. I needed a temporary fix to my situation until able to purchase the phone I want than spending money on a phone I didn't want. (Informed him my funds were very limited being I'd just purchased a property).
I had another phone to transfer and activate, but as I was trying to bounce off ideas of activating it myself to save a few bucks, his lackluster attitude was more concerned about making a few bucks (I get it, but this situation didn't call for that). I was told I NEEDED a new SIM card to activate other phone.
However, I was sold a "non-refundable" SIM card that I didn't need nor use.
I received excellent customer service with my issue from Boost Mobile 800 number. Walked me step-by-step through my situation using my old SIM card. And was sure to tell them the service I received from this location.
Been a Boost Mobile customer for 20 yrs, and unfortunately I must look for another store to shop.
