While the pay at B&S is good, it is evident that "the bottom line" is more important than the people that do the work. Leadership is at the center of the very toxic Climate & Culture where harassment, retaliation, and fraternization are common place at the Tucker facility. Swift retaliation is what is received by individuals that are not in "protected internal silos".My employment was terminated because on one of the coldest days in Metro Atlanta my scarf covered my ears, which is deemed a violation of the dress code policy. So, a member of Mangement can have an inappropriate relationship with an employee and remain in employment but because I was cold and kept my ears covered by my scarf is grounds for termination. There is something wrong with that picture and I hope others will come forward and hold this plant accountable for bias in the workplace.
