I have found this bank to have helpful, professional staff. Very convenient location, and clean atmosphere.

Great service when open but doors don't unlock after hours for customers like at other Chase locations.

It is incredibly inconvenient for someone to come to a bank only to have an account open, for somebody to tell them that they have to schedule an appointment online themselves, because this needs to be done with a banker. I would assume that banks would hire bankers so that people will not have to make multiple trips to a bank to get something as simple as opening a bank account done.

Went to this bank for the first time to get money off my card. The teller told me that they don't do cash advances at this location because of the stimulus checks... wow really? My money had nothing to do with stimulus, he never explain more. I work next to this bank and I still will never return. I went to the one on five fork and I will continue with them, they were very helpful and told me they never heard of that when I explained my issue.

ATM never works when I try to use it, at a bank this is unacceptable. Can’t put money in my account after hours. Can’t get out cash and I am not available during business hours so this is a major inconvenience. Guess I should get a checking account else were

This is the absolute worse branch of Chase ever. We made an appointment online. Once we came in and waited for 20 minutes we were told that the banker who scheduled the appointment had been out due to Covid for 3 days. We were then directed to Linda who allowed us to sit another 15 minutes while she sat at her desk only to tell me that she had other appointments and would have to deal with the customers on her schedule before us. Next we dealt with the branch manager Tonyau Muhammad who was utterly rude, unprofessional and dismissive. She literally sat us at a desk and told us to call the customer service desk which took over an hour. I have really never had an issue with Chase but this branch is utterly worthless. Needs to be closed. Poor service, poor management and totally unhelpful to this community. If I could give them negative starts I would.

My name is Chanel Kendall. I am one of the owners of Kendall Pressure Washing. We are a start-up company based in Atlanta, GA. After doing some research we decided to partner with Chase Bank for our business needs. We went into the Chesirebridge location to open our new business checking account. We left disappointed because the banker, named Micheal told us that we needed a minimum of $1500 to open a business account. I stated to Micheal that I was told it was only $100 to open.He responded "I don't know why anyone would tell you that, even our personal accounts are more than that". I planned on coming back at a later date with $1500 to open the account until my peers confirmed they only started with$100. Great! I decided to go to the Memorial Drive location and work with a different banker. I explained to the employee that I wanted to open a business account. The woman took my name and number and said a banker would call me to schedule an appointment. The woman confirmed the amount to open a business account is $100. I explained the experience I had at the first location. She responded, "It is $100 to open the business account and $1500 to waive the fees" she went on to say it is the job of the bankers to help guide the businesses and "that if you can only afford to open it with $100 then maybe you're not ready for a business account". Unfortunately, we are going to find a different financial institution to handle our business needs. We will look for a financial institution that is more small business friendly. Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience. Hopefully my review will spark a change for future applicants.
