Generally ok, these places are pretty good most days. Beware of the new people, or "The Timid Stick" if you've ever been deferred you know why. Don't be afraid to ask for someone specific, especially if you know you're a difficult stick. Rolling veigns and varicose are veteran phlebotomist issues. Good luck.

Lines are never too long. Staff is friendly and Technician Kyle made my donation painless. Kyle is all kinds of awesome!

This review is about Tondalia Williams!! She is an awesome lead I notice when she is on shift things tend to run much more smoothly at check in. Tondalia motivates her team to move quickly and efficiently.
