The girl with dyed hair from the pharmacy is very despotic and rude, they should talk to her that she should have a better treatment with people and more with Latinos that her racism is noticeable in her way of serving who is evident that she is a citizen because of her skin color.

I was promised medicine at 4 . got there @ 4 it wasn’t ready was told it would be 35 more min. i dat there and it took 50 min. then i got a text saying it was ready and has been ready since 4:10. when i spoke to staff they were careless nonchalant and rushed me out of the way. they have no customer service skills or concern about their patience. worse pharmacy around this parts & it’s always an issue with them. switch now.

I have a unique situation where I move between Alabama and Georgia multiple times per month, usually. The pharmacist Nahn has been very accommodating and hasn't given me a hard time about having a doctor from out of state, which is a big relief, because the other pharmacist always gives me a hard time about the store getting flagged by the DEA whenever I fill at this CVS.
I have lately tried my best to fill in Alabama because of this, but I am quite thankful that Pharmacist Nahn seems understanding and willing to help when my schedule does not line up with my prescription refills. Thank you.

I had groceries picked up for me from the online order I did earlier; however the can of salmon was all dented and the label was not on completely. It looked like they retrieved it from the garbage. I called the main office and this agent refunded what I purchased. I was greatful for his assistance.

CVS ON N.HAIRSTON IN STONE MOUNTAIN GA. HAS THE BEST PHARMACIST IN THE WORLD. HE EXPLAINES ALL YOUR MEDS WHEN YOU TAKE THEM FOR THE FIRST TIME, PLUS HE GIVES YOU THE INSTRUCTIONS OF WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF ANY SIDE EFFECTS.

I don't know who their names were, but to the ladies who were at the front checkout yesterday, thank you. I'm a caregiver of my great grandma, and they saw that I was struggling to handle everything and told me I was doing a good job. I don't get complimented on that often, so I just wanted to post a review to say thank you. It may not seem like much, but just being told I'm doing a good job helped me a lot. ?

I was needing to pick up a few items for some upcoming surgeries and got shut down completely by the people in the pharmacy and no help from anyone in the store. I'm one to just leave of you don't want my business... no big scene or anything. I'll be happy to go elsewhere.
But the attitudes and complete absence of customer service is ridiculous.
Heading to Walgreens.
