I didn’t love my design but the foundation of my nails and my French tip are nice. My tech nicked my cuticles several times which was painful. The final time my cuticle bled. I had to ASK her to stop and provide antiseptic or an alcohol pad. The place was busy so I will definitely monitor it for infection over the next few days.

Unless you have Vin or one of the men on your hands, it’s gonna be really bad. Their prices are great which is why I come, but if I don’t have Vin or one of the men on my hands, it is soooo bad. Today, I asked for acrylic tips and a single red color, no design. All of my nails are bulky and bumpy and different shapes. It was so bad that I don’t think I can come back even if it’s with one of the good ones. My nails look like a semi-experienced middle schooler wanted to practice. My nails looked cleaner before I came in. Again, if you’re gonna come in, ask for Vin or a man, because they are always great.

I recently visited this place in hopes of getting my niece's nails done for her homecoming weekend. Now, my niece is 13 and wheelchair bound and the manager immediately denied us service! She was rude and immediately tried to rush us out after I questioned her reasoning as to why. She even yelled " GO WHERE YOU WENT BEFORE"! My niece was in tears. With that being said, it is my recommendation that if you're reading this, please do not patronize with this shop. If I could submit no stars I would.

I used to come here every 2/3 weeks for their service but today they disappointed me. I paid $10 for this dip removal. When done, all my fingers and nails still have a lot of material but they refused to retouch. I talked to the owner about the lousy service and she still charged me for it. So yeah, I’m out of money and with my hands all messed up. Never again. You just lost a good paying customer over $10.
