I’m in the hair now and she’s rushing not even doing what a pedicure requires but the guy was nice won’t be back it’s like she’s just not into her job and I don’t thin they clean there utensils correctly

This place does not value their customers! The guy is rude every time and thinks he’s being funny. I would recommend going to any other nail salon in the area. They close before 7 and rush when doing your nails. It’s unfortunate because Tiffany is great. I will not be returning. I’ve gotten my nails done here for over 10 years well before Tiffany and her husband took over and they don’t care about my business so they’ll never see me again. Would not recommend! 0 stars!!!!

Horrible horrible service. The man is very rude and talks to customers any kind of way. He is very wrwckless with his words and treatment of customes. He gets upset if you ask about prices or a special color or shape of nail. It was a firat and last visit.

The treatment I received today was unacceptable. This was my first time at the shop. The older male (wouldn't give me his name) seemed annoyed with me from the time I walked in, as I asked about prices and showed him picture examples of how I want my nails. After sitting there for a few minutes with the nail tech soaking my feet for a pedicure, out of nowhere, the older male walks to the back of the shop and asks me if I'm okay because I'm scaring him. I was shocked and confused, as I was sitting in my chair normal, as the other two customers who were in the shop. I told him that was a weired question to ask me. He said I looked mad; mind you I had on a mask, as I wear one when getting nails done due to having asthma. I had a pleasant look on my face under the mask and was minding my business doing things on my phone while getting a pedicure. I laughed it off and the other two customers were too looking in disbelief. A couple minues later, the older male returned to my chair and made the comment that I can leave if I don't want to be there. I responded to him that I hadn't said anything negative to him to provoke any type of discriminatory treatment I was receiving from him. I told him that he somehow perceived I was mad/angry as he stated based on a "look" he said I had. Also, I never said one negative word to this man or any customers. I was stereotyped and discriminated against, based on a perceived "look" he said I had. I told him it's derogatory in my culture, as a person of color, to say I have a "look" and then tell me my meer presence of calmly sitting threatens you. Again, I had on a mask and didn't provoke or say anything to anyone. They have cameras in the shop. I welcomed him to go back & look at camera footage, as I did nothing wrong to anyone. I told him I would follow up with potential legal counsel, as this was discrimination. This is not right or how you treat someone.

Don’t go here, save your coins and go somewhere else. I should have listened to reviews. The owner is rude and no one tells him anything. He walked around the glass to yell me at because I asked a question. Remember you I WAS a regular customer. This was not my first time, second, or third. They can only do the basics meaning if you want a simple polish/dip. Don’t ask for a particular shape. They give you attitude and it won’t be the correct shape. They don’t have a variety of colors had to look into buying my own. There is another place not even 5 minutes away on 78 go there. You don’t deserve to be disrespected when you’re paying for your services.

Lovely experience. Had a manicure and their spa pedicure. My hands and feet feel and look lovely! Very reasonable prices and the techs are skilled and friendly. Will definitely be back!
