Jessica was great. 5 stars. She was warm and welcoming and assured that we had everything we needed. She also extended the welcome by advising us to let her know if there were any issues (and there were none). A stellar example of awesome support and service. We would give more stars if it was possible.

My experience was outstanding. From the moment I inquired about renting a unit, Jessica was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. I really appreciated the great customer service — it made getting started stress-free. Highly recommend!

Cori was literally thee best! I went with my sister to get her storage unit and Cori drove us to the unit and suggested a bigger unit for what she had.

Great storage facility, safe and secure. Cori was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. There were lots of climate controlled spaces available. We’ll be using this facility for our storage items.

This is my second time using ESS, but my first time using this location, and I must say that this location is the best. They provide friendly service and are very helpful. The ladies at extra space storage really work hard to take care of their customers.
