Awesome from the time I enter the office. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Valencia took time to explain everything to me from the process to how to determine the size space I needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing to store your valuables. The space was clean and smelled fresh when I arrive to put my things in. Thanks Valencia for being great and providing Exceptional Customer service. Oh and Don was great when I spoke to him on the phone very knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome staff.

Moving is always stressful and I paid for my storage online but I was unable to make it during store hours, so when I was finally moving stuff into my place and needed to put rest in storage. I had no issues getting in the gate after hours. They made it easy to access my unit and a lock key
