I walked into the store with greeting the store was clean and nothing on the floor all the employees were busy with place everything in there place it was a pleasure walking into the store customer service was outstanding

Both family dollars in my zip code suck. They never open on time and will be randomly closed on the regular. A store can only be as good as its employees. My local family dollars let me down so much I just past it up now even if I really need to stop.

Wanted to try this store out since I've never been. Clean store. Horrible looking parking lot.I'm assuming the lady in there was the SM or ASM but very obvious and noticeably passive-aggressive and did not greet once I entered. Customer service work is not for everyone .

Pathetic they got a manager by the name of Mia that’s allowing people to come into the store by a big crate and fill it up she only charge them for the crate and everything else she lets them steal

The worst of them all. They are never open when their suppose to be. Store stays unorganized and the staff is almost always unpleasant or professional.

The store is accepting cash only, what’s is fine. I came to buy just a few gallons of water, they were advertised as $1.25 in the shelves but once the cashier scanned it, it was $1.80. I asked about it and she said - we didn’t have the time to update the price tags yet. I said okay, I won’t take it today and told me I needed to take the products back to the shelf (she didn’t ask me if I could, she told me I needed to). I said I’m sorry, I will leave it here in the cart out of the way and she said - You can’t leave it in there, the store is a mess because of people leaving things here. I said I’m sorry, got my money back and left the store.

THEY ARE CLOSED EVERY TIME FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON THEY CLOSE WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT SOMEBODY AHEAD OF AUTHORITY NEEDS TO COME LOOK INTO THIS LOCATION
