“When Emory's demands on physicians made my previous doctor leave the state, I needed refills on medications and accepted the first available appt nearby; this happened to be with P. A. Markeba Skylark at Emory Healthcare at Rockbridge. When I saw the reviews online I was very nervous about this place, but I'm happy to say that after 2 years with this practice, my experiences have been nothing but great! I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be seen and all the staff I've encountered have been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about PA Skylark; she's an amazing healthcare provider who actually takes the time to listen without rushing patients despite the ridiculous time constraints Emory places on their healthcare providers. These constraints will eventually grind her down and make her leave just like they did to my last 3 doctors in the Emory system, but I will follow her when that happens. But I digress.... Emory at Rockbridge is a far better practice than these reviews reflect. The building could use a little face lift but everything is clean and orderly, as one would expect. The ONLY issue I've ever had with this practice is that occasionally, getting refills is a problem. I'm not sure where the breakdown is in this system and I hope it's resolved soon.”

“If you are in between jobs and have just a little money this is where you go. It's affordable if you don’t have insurance. Now it's no where near the best in terms of the facility. To get in the door they only charge $35 for a visit and they charge for whatever test you need. Go to other places and they will charge you $150 plus just to get in the door and then charge for everything else. These people work hard and put up with a lot of crap so be nice. We need places like this. My primary care doctor got my test mixed up with someone else and they charge out the azz. I started going here because they do most of their own lab work. Every other physician has to send it out to be processed. So with that being said they are awesome.”
