I was so impressed with the amazing service that Oliver and Ryan gave me yesterday, I came in for an oil change thinking that I would be there for awhile but Oliver with his handsome self worked so efficiently and had me out in no time...Oliver and Ryan is a dynamic duo and hands down 2 of the best at this location, please keep them around because after reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to go but I'm happy I did. Thank You Oliver and Ryan for great customer service, I truly appreciate you both and look forward to coming back for more repairs when needed. These 2 deserve a raise!! 5 stars all the way.

Mike helped me correct an issue one of his former employees made to my car over a year ago. Julian, the area manager, was also very helpful in getting this matter resolved! I was able to speak with the team and they were all so nice and well mannered.

An engine tune up was performed. Spark plugs were supposedly changed. My car was sounding and shaking worse than before. No engine diagnostic was performed because apparently the tech wasn't there. I went to get an engine diagnostic from Orielley's and found out that I need coils. My vehicle is not safe to drive. I did not get advised by the service manager. When I paid I was just told I still needed an engine diagnostic. Nothing else. Poor service. A waste of money and I still have a problem. Very unhappy and feel ripped off.
***UPDATE***
The area manager saw my review and had the employee that I complained about contact me, which was great. I really appreciated that. When I went back Terrell was the service manager/advisor. He took very good care of me and had the proper repair done. He also advised me on what I needed to do going forward. My car ran 10x better. He was very helpful. The 2nd experience was great. I would recommend this location when Terrell and his staff are working. And Kudos to the area manager for reading the reviews!
