I went back to the Auto Kingdom for the first time back in January. I had just purchased my 2018 Ford Focus lease and just wanted to get the oil changed. (My car is a 2018 Ford Focus and has about 54,000 miles on it.) The oil change went well enough, didn't take forever, and cost about what I have paid elsewhere for a full synthetic oil has cost ($59.00). I was less than pleased that they charge a 3% fee to use a Master Card/Visa/American Express/Discover card since the user agreements with those card processors strictly prohibits this but...eh. They are a small business. (They only accept cash.) If my story ended here, I probably wouldn't be writing this review...So my check-engine light came on. Having had a decent experience here earlier, and as it was close, I took it to them. They charge $90.00 for a system check reading. (I looked online and this seemed like a fair amount compared to other places, like the Ford dealership that charges $160.00 but it turns out many Autozone's will do the reading for FREE.) It took about 45 minutes for them to take a look at it, and when they did they told me there was a $280.00 fix that "most likely would fix it" and a $760.00 fix that would be "guaranteed." I asked to see which part and they told me they couldn't show me because it was under my engine. Right. I decided to just pay for the system's check and get another opinion. Long story short, another mechanic was able to show me the part fairly easily (it was an evap purge valve and is visible with the hood open with no part movement). He charged me the cost of the part ~$54.00 (which was likely still a bit of an overcharge) and $75.00 for the labor to replace it. My car is running perfectly again and the check-engine light hasn't come back on. I'm disappointed with Auto Kingdom not because they charged what they thought their labor was worth and what their business needs but because they lied to me about where the part was located. For this reason, Auto Kingdom won't even be changing my oil again.

I changed my tires here and thought everything would be okay, I paid him and I was on my way. A couple days later my sensor lights came on alerting me to check my 4WD, turns out that the man that changed my tire had put on the wrong size. I demanded that he replace it with the right one, he said no, gave me back my 35 dollars (after some arguing) and told me to never come back. Don't waste your time with him. The other guys in the workshop are good and get the job done, but don't change your tires he

I get many auto repair work done i.e. brakes oil change major and minor engine work that are needed to my car from this location except transmission or muffler work. I like the service and the fact that they do not try to sell me what I do not need.
