12/10/24 6:30pm Went for a return after not getting my order after almost 30 days. The guy working was very unhelpful and didn’t wanna refund the order(honestly think he just lied because I was instructed by corporate to go in to any store to he helped). Foot locker is usually pretty good at customer service but this one on memorial drive don’t look for any type of courtesy or decency

I just would like to shout out a young man by the name of RICKY! He did an AMAZING job handling the exchange for my daughter and 1 over the past 2 days. He was patient and EXTREMELY helpful! Great job and the store had a great vibe as well! Will DEFINITELY be back for my holiday purchases!!!

This place was absolutely fantastic. Everybody was very friendly, and the lady that helped me was very attentive to my needs, and helped me find a pair of shoes that would help me with my foot pain. I work 12 hour shifts on my feet and I was in agony and thanks to her help, I have no more foot pain at work.

Today I was at this location and the young lady here was real rude arguing with me about a what time she wanted to open the doors. I stated to her that the sign on the door say the store opens at 12 she stated she can not open the door or allow me in the store because she was the only worker and told me the other employee was about 10 minutes away. While we are arguing about the time the employee pulls up. Then I was told I have to wait 5 minutes I told her I had things to do she tells me that you can go to another location if you in a rush. That was a big slap in the face she shut the door and locked it . Now it’s 12:13 and the doors isn’t open still. There are a total of 4 people in the store. She is standing at the cash register just looking out the window there are 6 people standing outside of the store. She is purposely leaving us standing out here waiting. It’s now 12:15 pm and the door is now open. The lady name is Dee that’s what’s on her name tag

Customer service could have been better, they didn't greet us upon entry and had to ask for help. Ok selections. They did have some sales. We did make a few purchases, but would only stop if in the area.
